“Before my time with Raashi, I was really struggling with managing my time and remaining focused on my workday. I found that I either spent too much time working or none at all. “My intention in the first session was to figure out how the relationships in my waking life are interpreted in my dreams. I believe that as we concluded the sessions, I was better able to reflect upon these relationships with my family and friends. I realized that the emotions I was feeling in the dream have a lot of space in my waking life as well. Dreamwork has provided me insights into my emotions and feelings that were being suppressed unconsciously. Understanding what the elements of a dream personally mean to me has been a game-changer and suddenly my dreams make so much more sense.

With all the exercises and methods used to explore our dreams, I leave each session feeling fulfilled and warm-hearted. I am also better at exploring, appreciating, and decoding my dreams because of Raashi’s guidance. Writing down a dream as soon as I wake up is now second nature to me! In the second session Raashi involved art, and being an artist myself, I was quite excited. Now I feel closer to my dreams than ever before when I see them visually in front of me. This method has been quite useful also in terms of realizing the significance of particular objects that I had at first glanced over as irrelevant. The group Dreamwork where each person got to explore their dreams and listen to others’ perspectives about them was extremely significant. It made me realize how everyone’s past experiences shaped their views on life and how everyone somehow shared collective fears and hopes. I wouldn’t have come to certain conclusions about what the dream meant for me had I not heard inputs from the other group members and especially Raashi. Every session had different methods and activities which made the experience engaging and one of a kind. I was always eager and curious at the start of each session to see what new realizations and interpretations I could find. The various methods we used in the group dreamwork are now valuable tools for me to excavate my dreams henceforth. The group dreamwork in my opinion has been an integral part of my growth, as the interactions I’ve had with my wonderful group members have increased my empathy and perspective. In addition to the knowledge imparted through the sessions, Raashi also shared valuable insights, tools, and tips to help us explore dreams even further.
